TWO new holiday homes are set to be built in a picturesque village just outside of Oxford.

The owners of Ten Acre Farm in Beckley, five minutes north of the city, have applied for planning permission to convert a stable on their land.

Mr and Mrs Rogers sent their submission to South Oxfordshire District Council this month.

Mr Rogers also recently launched a planning appeal against the same council after he was denied planning permission for his son to be able to race motorbikes on the land.

Members of public can see the full plans and leave comments online at southoxon.gov.uk using application reference number P18/S4228/FUL.

The council is aiming to give the couple a decision on their plan by March 6.
