OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

KASEEM ASHRAF, 20, of Fern Hill Road, Oxford, admitted driving above the drug limit for cannabis on August 31 at Barns Road, Oxford. He was fined £369 and must pay a victim surcharge of £36 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Ryan EELEY, 20, of Warburg Crescent, Oxford, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis at Oxford on March 27. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DENISE KING, 30, of Falcon Close, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements after release from prison by failing to attend supervision on October 25, November 1 and 22. She was fined £100 and must pay court costs of £60 and ordered to continue with the requirements.

MARIUSZ DYDO, 36, of Dearlove Close, Abingdon, admitted permitting another the use of a vehicle without third party insurance on September 23 at Lamborough Hill, Oxfordshire. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMIE FARLEY, 28, of Dover Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on June 28 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

STEVEN WHEELER, 30, of Coriander Way, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance at Cowley Road, Oxford, on July 2. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MICHAEL WILLS, 30, of Orchard Way, Middle Barton, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance at Deddington on July 6. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorse with six penalty points.

JAMIE GRANT, 39, of Heatley Way, Oxford, was convicted of driving while above the legal alcohol limit on May 27 at Bicester. Had 123 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £500 and he was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

ELLIS LAWRENCE, 26, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted assaulting a woman at Cuddesdon Way, Oxford, on November 17. He was jailed for 23 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

KRISTIAN DEACON, 21, of Stanton Harcourt, Oxfordshire, admitted using threatening abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence at Witney on May 20. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

GARETH ROGERS, 47, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing foodstuffs valued at £37.61 from Asda, Didcot, foodstuffs valued at £67 from Co-Op, Didcot and foodstuffs valued at £98.50 from BP Milton, all on November 2. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £10 for each offence.

JAMIE TAYLOR, 40, of Nettherwoods Road, Risinghurst, admitted causing criminal damage to a television worth £100 belonging to a woman in Oxford on December 1. A community order was made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 10 days. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

DAVID PAUL TURNER, 55, of Cronshaw Close, Didcot, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Didcot on December 8. A community order was made and he must attend a building better relationships programme for 30 days and rehabilitation activity for 15 days. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

KIRSTY SAMANTHA MCFARLANE, 28, of no fixed address, was convicted of causing criminal damage to a glass pane in a door in Rectory Road, Oxford, on October 16. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on December 14. Fined £150, must pay £30 victim surcharge.

SHAUN BUCHAN, 30, of no fixed address, admitted failing to sign the sex offender register within three days of being released from custody on November 20. Jailed for 24 weeks, must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

JAMES PACKHAM, 41, of Edward Street, Abingdon, admitted stealing an iPhone X worth £950 from Trade & Exchange, Cowley Road, Oxford, on August 30. Must pay compensation of £950.

ANDREW MURRAY, 51, of Alfred Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Longworth, on September 22. Conditionally discharged for two years. A restraining order was put in place and he must not contact a woman or attend a house in Longworth for two years. Must pay £500 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £700 court costs.

MARC ERIC EMBLING-JONES, 32, of Wasbrough Avenue, Wantage, admitted possessing 12 small bags of cannabis in Wasbrough Avenue, Wantage, on December 6. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

KATHLEEN TRESA ROONEY, 27, of Alice Smith Square, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in Abingdon Police Station and being drunk in charge of a child under the age of seven in Grenoble Road, Oxford, on November 25. Community order made and she must attend rehabilitation activity for 10 days. Must pay a £85 victim surcharge and £25 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

LEE EDWARD BUTCHER, 20, of Barrington Close, Witney, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Oxford on April 22. A community order was made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 20 days. Must carry out 40 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay £140 compensation and £50 court costs.
