A 'county lines' drug dealer was spared jail after he was caught setting up shop with class A drugs in Bicester.

Nigel Wheeler, 62, of Eastmere, Swindon.
Jailed for 18 years after preying on an austic woman with learning difficulties and sexually abusing her.
