A BUS became stuck in South Oxfordshire this morning after 'badly parked cars' blocked its path.

Police were called out to Watlington near Chalgrove shortly after 6am, to assist a Thames Travel service that was 'trapped' behind stationary vehicles.

Services were able to reconvene shortly before 7.30am after the road was cleared.

The T1's route around Watlington follows Cuxham Road, Couching Street and High Street, but Thames Travel did not specify where exactly the cars were parked nor if there were passengers on board.
