OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

ANDREW SHICKLE, 36, of West Street, Banbury, was convicted of burglary in Duke Street, Banbury, on June 21. A community order was made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 15 days and do 80 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay £500 compensation.

CALLUM JARVIS, 19, of Bankside, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Banbury on November 3. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

IAN BROOKES, 51, of Princethorpe Drive, Banbury, admitted stealing metal pallets worth £3,567.20 belonging to his employer Cherwell Silos in Banbury on August 29. Conditionally discharged for three years, must pay £2,915 compensation and £85 court costs.

OLEG OSIPOV, 48, of John Snow Place, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Old Road, Headington, on December 28. Had 91mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. A community order was made and he must attend treatment for alcohol dependency for six months. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 42 months.

LUKE GRANT, 32, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on January 7. Fined £50, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

CASEY SAMUEL MCNUTT, 24, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her and causing criminal damage to a door in Milcombe, Banbury on January 17. A community order was made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 12 days. Must carry out 80 hours unpaid work over the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85, compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.

SEBASTIAN BRAY, 32, of Woodstock, admitted using a vehicle without insurance on the A44, Oxford Road, on August 4. Fined £500, must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

FABIO GAMBI, 25, of Normandy Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of using a mobile phone while driving in Hollow Way, Oxford, on August 23. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MOHAMMED FAISAL KHAN, 24, of Church Hill Road, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle without insurance in Woodstock Road, Oxford, on October 27. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MARTIN MALLET, 41, of Midwinter Avenue, Milton, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in the A4146, Soulbury, Buckinghamshire, on August 8. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

SOPHIE QUINN, 20, of Ash Lane, Ambrosden, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 7 at A40 Cassington. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LEANNE ROSE, 26, of Wensum Drive, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 6 at the A421 Singleborough. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOSE SOUZA, 57, of Silkdale Court, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 11 at Rowstock near Didcot. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANGELICA TREDWIN, 46, of Jackman Close, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 51mph in a 30mph area at Witney Road, Standlake on July 9. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KASSIM WAISWA, 38, of Glebelands, Headington, was convicted of driving and failing to comply with a red traffic signal on the M4 at Langley on August 23. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

DENISE WELCH, 54, of Colne Drive, Berinsfield, was convicted of speeding by driving 42mph in a 30mph area at the A329 Thame Road on June 23. She was fined £66 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

CHANTELLE AUSTIN, 27, of Hamilton Close, Bicester, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £64 from Marks and Spencer, Banbury, on January 23. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £20.

CHARLOTTE TRINDER, 34, of Freelands Road, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £30 from Co-Op, Oxford, on October 19. She was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

MARIAN-FLORIN MANEA, 34, of Ravencroft, Bicester, admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance and above the legal alcohol limit on November 3 at Wretchwick Way, Bicester. Had 128mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. She was fined £700.03, victim surcharge £35.02 and £85 costs and driving ban for 15 months.
