It’s a festival of pie at Pieminister in Oxford’s Covered Market this week, ending on Sunday Funday. And tomorrow someone right here in Oxford will win a year’s supply of pies. Just buy a pie from Pieminister (to eat in, takeaway or have delivered to your door) and with it you’ll get a scratch card. One lucky card will unlock the ultimate pie-lovers prize; free food at Pieminister every Friday, for a whole year.

Or choose the £10 towers of power (a two-pie feast) on Saturday.

There’s a new limited edition pie arriving on the menu too for Pie Week. Available for March only, Lady BaBaa is a springtime celebration of lamb, root vegetables, red wine and rosemary.

Oxford Mail:

Pair it with Pieminister’s famous minted mushy peas, mash and red wine gravy for a truly British pie week feast.

And today Pieminister will be donating 50p from every pie meal sold, to FRANK Water, a safe water and sanitation project in Nepal and India.
