A ROUND-UP of cases heard at Salisbury magistrates' court throughout February.

JADE BURNELL, aged 25, of Parsonage Barn Lane, Ringwood, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £110 costs after being drunk and disorderly in Amesbury High Street on January 13.

JAY HARMAN, aged 33, of Ward Barracks, Bulford Camp, was fined £588, banned from driving for 17 months and ordered to pay £143 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Porton Road, Amesbury, on January 12.

WYANT KNIGHT, aged 43, of Barnard Street, Salisbury, received a two-month curfew and was ordered to pay £85 costs for assaulting a man in Salisbury on Halloween (October 31).

NICHOLAS ROGERS, aged 53, of Beechwood Road, Southampton, was fined £1,250, banned from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay £160 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit and without due care and attention on the A36 in Salisbury on July 15, 2018.

VISHNU SURENDRAN, aged 35, of London Road, Amesbury, was fined £200, banned from driving for 17 months and ordered to pay £115 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit and being drunk in charge of a child under the age of seven in Countess Road, Amesbury on January 12.

JOHN WATTS, aged 44, of Burnet Way, Salisbury, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £110 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour towards a man in Salisbury on January 10.

DAVID WILLETT, aged 29, of Shaston Drive, Coombe Bissett, was fined £160 and ordered to pay £110 costs for assaulting a man in Salisbury on July 29, 2018.

A 17-YEAR-OLD BOY, of Wilton Road, Salisbury, has had a restraining order made against him and ordered to pay costs of £20 after assaulting a female on January 19, and being engaged in behaviour which was controlling or coercive between December 1 and January 21.

LIONEL MULLINS, aged 45, representing LJJ SURFACING LTD, of Stanhope, Kent, was fined £2,000 and ordered to pay £170 costs for using a car with no insurance in Amesbury on April 18, 2018.

SHELLEY WITT, aged 46, of Westwood Road, Bemerton Heath, was fined £2,500 and must pay £170 costs for carrying on business as a scrap metal dealer when not authorised by a licence in Salisbury between August 23, 2016 and July 11, 2018.

LORRAINE POWELL, aged 55, of Bulford Road, Durrington, had a new restraining order made against her, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £115 costs after leaving a man abusive phone messages, breaking the terms of a previous order against her.

ANDREW PARR, aged 40, of McNamara Street, Longhedge, must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work and pay £705 costs for assaulting a woman in Amesbury on September 8.

JAMES DIPROSE, aged 32, of no fixed address, was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and pay £170 costs after stealing a candle and two cups from Cool Merchandise, a dressing gown and top from Debenhams, slippers, a silver plated bracelet and silver plated earrings from Marks and Spencer, two CDs, batteries, and a 'grow a boyfriend' toy from Poundland, and two eye pallets, two lipsticks and one face powder from Superdrug in Salisbury on January 22.

ROSIE PIN, aged 24, of Whitefriars Road, Salisbury, was fined £112, received eight points on her licence and was ordered to pay £115 costs for driving without insurance and while banned from driving in Stephenson Road, Salisbury, on August 28, 2018.

ELIZABETH TALI, aged 21, of Castle Street, Salisbury, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £115 costs after attempting to steal clothing and bags from New Look in Salisbury on January 21.

JOHNNY CASH, aged 31, of Dudmoor Farm Road, Christchurch, was fined £20 and must pay £115 costs after fishing otherwise than in accordance with a licence, namely using a wooden pole and wire mesh, at Odstock, Salisbury, on July 15, 2018.

NOEL DEVLIN, of Whitfield Road, Biddlesden, Bucks, was fined £20 and must pay £115 costs after fishing otherwise than in accordance with a licence, namely using a wooden pole and wire mesh, at Odstock, Salisbury, on July 15, 2018.

KIM ROGERSON, aged 56, of Wyndham Road, Salisbury, must complete an alcohol treatment requirement, pay compensation of £162 and £170 costs after assaulting a man and woman and damaging the man's shirt in Salisbury on July 20, 2018.

MONIKA FIEBIG, no age given, of Holmes Road, Bishopdown, must pay £164.42 compensation and £10 costs after failing to return nine items to a Wiltshire Council library within the given date.

JONATHAN LANE, aged 32, of Lindley Close, Tidworth, was fined £600, ordered to pay £285 costs, was banned from driving for 18 months and must complete a thinking skills programme for taking a car that he did not own and damaging it, possession of Ketamine, and driving without a licence or insurance in Wessex Road, Salisbury, on April 30, 2018.

CRAIG WILLIAMS, aged 37, of Olivier Close, Salisbury, was fined £110, banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £170 costs

for driving while over the legal alcohol limit with Ketamine and cocaine in his blood on the Castle Road Roundabout, Salisbury, on May 27, 2018.

MARNIE WRIGHT, aged 51, of Essex Square, Harnham, was fined £108 and must pay £180 costs for assaulting a police officer in Salisbury and a detention officer in Melksham on June 16, 2018.

RICHARD STEELE, aged 73, of Youge Close, Eastleigh, was fined £120, received three points on his licence and must pay £115 costs for driving without due care and attention in Milford Hill, Salisbury, on May 15, 2018.

LUKE BARNES-BRADLEY, aged 22, of Newmans Way, Bulford, was fined £76 and must pay £105 costs for assaulting two men in Durrington on October 17 in Durrington.

HENRY PRATT, aged 21, of The Beeches, Salisbury, must complete 80 hours of unpaid work, was banned from driving for 24 months and must pay £170 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit Manor Farm Road, Broad Chalke and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Amesbury, on January 26.

AIDEN WALLEN-FRANCE, aged 18, of Barnfield Court, Southampton, received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £70 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Coombe Bissett on July 29, 2018.

NELSON WELLS, aged 67, of Oaktree Field Caravan Site, Salisbury, was fined £263, banned from driving for 12 months and must pay £115 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit, without the correct licence and insurance in Salisbury Road, Downton, on July 8, 2018.

BRET COPE, aged 37, of St Swithin Way, Andover, was fined £350, banned from driving for 17 months and must pay £170 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Ayres Road, Amesbury, on October 21.

NIGEL WAITE, aged 37, of Salisbury Road, Bulford, received a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, must complete 240 hours of unpaid work and pay £200 costs for possessing 78 category A indecent images of children, 126 category B and 427 category C, as well as an extreme pornographic image involving an animal, between March 2012 and May 2016 in Wiltshire.

A 15-YEAR-OLD BOY from Laverstock received a six-month conditional discharge for growing cannabis in August, 2018, stealing a bike, tools, an iPod and sunglasses, and damaging a car and possession of cannabis in May, 2018.

JOHN TURNBULL, aged 38, of Sandringham Court, Salisbury, must pay £200 compensation and £85 costs after assaulting a man in Salisbury on July 7, 2018.

DAVID ANDREWS, aged 29, of Talavera Way, Tidworth, was fined £461 and must pay £131 costs for assaulting a woman in Tidworth on December 16.

JOSEPH MILLING, aged 36, of Winding Way, Salisbury, received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £20 costs for attempting to damage a window in Salisbury on February 1.

KENNETH TROWBRIDGE, aged 39, of Rowan Close, Bemerton Heath, was banned from driving for 28 months, must complete 120 hours of unpaid work and an alcohol treatment requirement and must pay £170 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Gainsborough Close, Salisbury, on July 22, 2018.

ROBERT GROVER, aged 21, of Malvern Close, Southampton, was fined £230, received eight points on his licence and must pay £115 costs for driving without due care and attention at the A36 Deptford Junction on July 23, 2018.

REMUS ZAMFIR, aged 27, of Salt Lane, Salisbury, was fined £220, banned from driving for six months and must pay £115 costs for driving without the correct licence in Blue Boar Row, Salisbury, on July 3.

WENDY ADLAM, aged 53, of Gregory Court, Spire View, was fined £270 and must pay £340 costs for committing fraud by dishonestly using her bank card to withdraw cash after reporting it stolen in Salisbury between April 17 and 24, 2018.
