A MAN has been charged after four people were threatened with a knife and told to hand over their belongings in Oxford.
Lawrence Hunter, 20, was arrested and charged with four counts of attempted robbery and one count threatening a person with a blade/sharp pointed article.
It comes after people were threatened with a knife in the attempted robbery in Barracks Lane, Oxford.
The victims refused to hand over their belongings and walked away when it happened on Saturday morning.
Hunter, of Booker Place in High Wycombe, appeared before Oxford Magistrates Court yesterday and was remanded in custody to appear before Oxford Crown Court on May 10.
