BODY toning hoola-hooping, spin classes and boxercise sessions are just some of the fitness classes taking place at a festival in Oxford next weekend.

FitFest Oxford says it expects 1200 health fanatics at the fitness and wellbeing festival where people can get active and learn about everything to live a healthy lifestyle.

Festival goers will be able to watch the FitFest Oxford Throwdown where teams of fitness fanatics go head to head over a range of extreme physical challenges.

The festival also includes talks and in-depth debates from renowned experts such as The Pilates PT, The Naked Professor and The Foodie Dentist.
