Members of the Wokingham and District branch of the Embroiders Guild are celebrating National Stich Day
MEMBERS of the Wokingham and District branch of the Embroiders Guild are celebrating National Stich Day.
Members of the club will be heading to Wokingham library on June, 11 to demonstrate the art of stitching and to encourage residents to have a go.
The theme of the national celebration is HOME, where the letters of the word or the word itself will be used to create inspiring patterns.
Alongside the demonstration the exhibition A Stich in Time will be showcased throughout June to present a range of textile techniques.
The exhibition is free for any resident to attend at the library.
