INQUESTS are due to be held today for two men who died in a West Oxfordshire crash.

Oxford Coroner's Court will hear more about the final moments of 39-year-old Richard Lock, from Gloucester, and 34-year-old Khayelihle Gwala from Chipping Campden.

They both died as a result of a collision at about 12.50am on December 9, on the A424.

At the inquest opening in January, the court heard Mr Lock had attended a wedding before driving along the A-road in his white Volkswagen Tiguan.

He had a head-on collision with a red Citroen C4 driven by taxi driver Mr Gwala, just after the junction for Taynton.

Mr Lock died at the scene while Mr Gwala died at the John Radcliffe Hospital on Wednesday, December 19.

The court is due to sit this morning from 10am.
