A FREE part-exchange event for home buyers is being held in Shrivenham, near Faringdon, on Saturday, July 13.

Legal & General Homes' event, at its Cross Trees Park development, will see experts answer questions about part exchanges for house hunters.

The event runs from 11am - 4pm.

If your existing home is worth at least 30% of a new Legal & General Homes property then buyers are eligible for the company's scheme.

The event will also give people a chance to find out more about the homes available at Cross Trees Park, where houses range from two to four-bedroom homes and start at £349,000.
