A LOCAL wildlife charity has teamed up with Abingdon's independent cinema for a day of jungle-themed activities to coincide with the release of the new Lion King film.
The Sumatran Orangutan Society, based in the town, will be part of the climate awareness day, with activities in the Abbey Close forecourt between 10am and 2.30pm.

"We hope as many people as possible will come along – we will have fact sheets, colouring competitions and a raffle to win some great prizes including Abbey cinema tickets, soft toys and gifts donated by local businesses.”
