AN HISTORIC pub in Abingdon is planning to install new lights to illuminate its main entrance.
The Kings Head and Bell on East St Helen Street has also applied for planning permission to repaint its sign and hang new 'antique brass lanterns' and a black menu board by the door.
The new menu will advertise the fact that the pub sells craft beers, stone-baked pizzas and fresh coffee, and boasts a popular garden.
