EDDIE Pepperell missed the cut at golf’s Czech Masters today.
But Liam Robinson secured his place in the final two days in Prague after a dramatic final-hole birdie.
Pepperell had plenty of work to do after an one-over-par opening round 73.
But a promising start saw the Abingdon golfer, who started at the tenth, birdie his second and third holes.
However, his work was undone with dropped shots at his fifth and sixth, although did then birdie the seventh.
The Frilford Heath member was unable to find his rhythm and bogeyed his 12th.
And although he picked up shots at the 15th and 18th holes, another bogey at the 17th saw him finish on one-under for the day and level for the tournament.
Robinson, from Tadmarton Heath, was three-under after three holes thanks to a birdie and eagle.
He then dropped three shots on his back nine and looked like missing the cut by a shot.
But a birdie on his final hole sealed a place in the final two rounds.
