A CONTROVERSIAL temporary telephone mast was pulled down after residents complained – but another may follow.
Residents in and around Radley Road in Abingdon were annoyed after O2 installed the mast, which had a range of about half a mile, at the start of the month.
Layla Moran, the Oxford West and Abingdon MP, is understood to have taken residents' complaints to the company.
O2 took the mast down – but said a permanent one might follow.
A spokeswoman said: "Presently we have no plans to reinstall a temporary site in the local area but we are looking to identify a permanent site to provide network coverage to local customers."
