CONTROVERSIAL plans for 93 new homes in south Oxfordshire will be decided tonight.
The development, set for land north of Appleford Road in Sutton Courtenay, near Abingdon, is unpopular with the county, district and parish councils.
Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council have both expressed concerns about the impact of traffic on local roads.
