Broken down lorry holding up traffic on busy road
A BROKEN down vehicle that was causing delays on a busy road this morning has been moved.
Traffic was caught up on the A423 Southern Bypass road due to the lorry which broke down before the Hinksey Hill interchange roundabout.
Oxfordshire County Council tweeted the alert.
