A FREEDOM Of Information request into how many operations were cancelled at Oxford’s hospitals in the last 12 months was not completed, according to Labour.

The political party asked for data from health trusts across England but despite four fifths responding, a press officer said Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was not among them.
The trust said it had no record of the request, which nationally revealed 78,981 operations were cancelled on the same day they were due to be carried out last year.
