AN AWARD-winning PCSO has taken on the New York Marathon to raise money for a charity that supports the children of murder victims.
PCSO Ali Blood, who works in Abingdon, was part of a team of 60 police officers, police staff and prison officers who ran on Sunday.

Last year the PCSO, who has spent more than a decade in the role, was named community support officer of the year for the Thames Valley.
All money raised will go to the PC Nicola Hughes Memorial Fund.
