A BROKEN-down lorry caused long delays for drivers on the southbound A34 this morning.
Oxfordshire County Council tweeted there were 'lengthy queues' south of Abingdon near Drayton and live feeds show traffic is at a standstill to the junction with Oxford Road.
One lane was closed and there were five-mile queues, which have since cleared.
Earlier delays southbound on the A34 between Botley and Hinksey Hill, caused by a crash, have cleared.
