TRAFFIC is returning to normal on the A34 southbound as a broken-down vehicle has now been cleared from the road.
All lanes are now open on the carriageway.
The vehicle was on the road between M40 junction 9 (Bicester) and the B4027 Bletchingdon Road (Islip turn off).

One lane was closed and there was very slow-moving traffic between Bicester and Oxford.

This was separate to an earlier break down at the M40 junction 9 roundabout.
