TWO people have been arrested on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs.

Thames Valley Police used a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant at a property in Evans Way in Chipping Norton last Thursday.

The force seized cannabis and in excess of £1,000 in cash, and tweeted a photo appearing to show a damaged door from where officers gained entry.

Officers, writing on Twitter, said one of the people was later charged with cannabis possession and released on conditional bail, with a condition not to enter Oxfordshire unless for court.

The other was released under investigation.

Police have made a court application for a closure order on the property, which would restrict access and specify who is allowed in and out.
