OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

MICHAEL JAMES ALLCROFT, 19, of West Street, Banbury, admitted being in possession of cannabis on September 8. He was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. The cannabis was seized and destroyed.

VIVIANA DE-GIOSA, 38, of Swerford, Church End, admitted speeding on the A44 on February 5. She was travelling at a speed exceeding 40 mph. She was fined £123 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

SABINE LUSKJAVICTUE, 25, of Joan Lawrence Place, Oxford, admitted drink driving on October 5 on Old Marston Road. She had 11 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms per 100ml of breath. She was ordered to carry out 60 hours on unpaid work over the next year. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 26 months.

MILKO VASILEV, 33, of Evans Lane, Kidlington, admitted driving without third party insurance on Mill Street, Kidlington, on October 5. He was fined £146 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOHN WALKER, 39, of Kings Orchard, Brighwell-cum-Sotwell, Wallingford, admitted being in possession of cocaine on February 9 in Didcot. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. The cocaine was seized and destroyed.

DECLAN JORDAN BEITH, of Old Grimsbury Road, Banbury, admitted being in possession of cannabis on October 5. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. The cannabis was seized and destroyed.

CLAIRE CLARKE, 54, of the Hampden Building, High Street, Kidlington, admitted breaching a restraining order on October 20. She was given a suspended sentence of eight weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £500 as well as a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.

GAVIN SMITH, 33, of Richard Gray Court, Osney Lane, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order. He was ordered to undertake a rehabilitation activity.

SAMANTHA HUNT, 50, of Pine Close, Bicester, admitted drink driving on Skimmingdish Lane, Bicester, on June 19. She had 179 milligrams in 100ml of blood. The legal blood alcohol limit is 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100ml of blood. She was fined £311 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £31 and court costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 20 months.

CHRISTOPHER JONES, 65, of Don Bosco Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving at a Burger King car park in Cowley on August 29. He had 97 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms per 100ml of breath. He was fined £267 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 24 months.

ANDREW MARSHALL, 34, of Tadmarton Road, Bloxham, admitted stealing perfume from Debenhams at Castel Quay, Banbury worth £255.50 on October 7. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

TONY PRESTON, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with the notification requirement of the sex offenders register by failing to register as no fixed abode every seven days as well as stealing hair care products to the value of £570.18 and £294.91 from Boots, Oxford, on August 19 and 20. He was made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation totalling £865.09.

BRIAN MARSH, 69, of Bosley Crescent, Wallingford, was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause the belief that unlawful violence would be used on November 14 in Wallingford. He was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation of £300 and court costs of £320.

MATTHEW VAISEY, 27, of Mill Street, Eynsham, admitted assaulting a man in Wallingford on September 16. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

Nicholas HEMINGWAY, 47, of Sovereign Place, Wallingford, was convicted of dishonestly making off without payment in Wakefield on May 17. He must pay compensation of £1,000 and court costs of £100.

GEORGE BROWN, 50, of no fixed abode, admitted entering a premises as a trespasser and stealing an i-Pad on August 11 in Oxford and committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was jailed for 20 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

ZAHRA HAIDER, 41, of Upper Field, Chinnor admitted causing criminal damage to two vehicle tyres to the value of £200 in Chinnor on August 1 as well as driving above the legal alcohol limit. Had 76 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined a total of £550 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £150 and was diqualified from driving for 12 months.

SUKESH AMIT MASIH, 19, of Birchfield Close, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a car window and a mantlepiece to a value unknown on August 9 at Frederick Road, Oxford. He must pay compensation of £75 and court costs of £85.

SASKIA WARRY, 32, of of Webster Close, Thame, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm on June 14 at Youens Drive, Thame. She was made subject to a community order to include 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and she must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

CATALIN GRIGORE, 30, of Pennywell Drive, Oxford, admitted driving a vehicle on a public road without due care and attention on May 23 at Cherwell Avenue, Kidlington. She was fined £213 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DANIEL CLIFFORD, 40, of Restharrow Mead, Bicester, was convicted of using a handheld mobile phone while driving on April 17 at the B4100 Oxfordshire. Fined £40, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 28 days.

ANTHONY BROWN, 38, of Mayfield Avenue, Grove, admitted failing to comply with a red light while driving on March 1 in Bracknell. Fined £220, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and three penalty points.
