A CAR crashing into a central reservation barrier on the A34 near Abingdon caused a fuel spill and is still causing long delays.
Both lanes have reopened southbound from the A4183 Oxford Road to Marcham Interchange but the Oxford Mail's live traffic feed shows queues to Peartree Interchange.
Further delays are building on Eastern Bypass Road back to Littlemore Roundabout.
Drivers were told just before 3pm to expect delays after a car crashed into the central reservation barrier before the Abingdon turn.
