A34 congestion and traffic light failure
All lanes have now been reopened on A34 Southbound after a broken-down lorry caused congestion.
Earlier this morning a broken-down lorry caused congestion on A34 Southbound after M40 J9 near Bicester and at M40 J10, Cherwell Valley Services.
The road was partially blocked, just as three lanes merge into two, until around 07.15 am.
However, there are reports of a traffic light failure on the A34 at the A4130 Milton interchange.
Drivers have been warned to approach the roundabout with care.
