POLICE have tweeted an image of a drunk cartoon character behind the wheel to remind people not to drink and drive.
Thames Valley Police officers tweeted the image of Homer Simpson from popular American cartoon series The Simpsons, alongside #DrinkDrivingRuinsLives and #Ruin2020In4Words.
