OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

ALICIA GREENFORD, 30, of Fairfield Close, Grove, admitted assaulting a man in Didcot on August 13. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

ANDREW ACHILLEOS, 58, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing razors to the value of £497.84 from Boots, Oxford, on October 16. He was ordered to pay compensation of £497.84.

WAYNE RONALD AXTELL, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol and food to the value of £98.50 from Tesco, Oxford, on October 23 as well as committing the offence while subject to a previously imposed conditional discharge. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

IAN TIMMS, 51, of Restharrow Mead, Bicester, was convicted of driving a vehicle without due care and attention on January 9 at Bicester Road, Marsh Gibbon. He was fined £657 and must pay a victim surcharge of £65 and court costs of £480 and he was disqualified from driving for 42 days.

GEAN RONCHI, 45, of Mickle Way, Forest Hill, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver in Banbury between August 6 2018 and September 3 2018. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £650 and he was disqualified from driving for eight months.

STEVE ALLEN, 58, of Green Lane, Bayworth, admitted assaulting a woman in Abingdon on November 9. He was fined £840 and must pay a victim surcharge of £84 and court costs of £85 and he was made subject to a restraining order.

ATANAS GEORGIEV, 29, of Redmoor Court, Bicester, admitted drink-driving on Saturday, October 26, in Bicester. Had 109mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. He was made subject to a community order to include unpaid work for 120 hours and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

DALE JOHN NISBET, 36, of Little Croft Road, Goring, admitted causing criminal damage to a glass window of a door on October 27 at Checkendon, Reading. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay compensation of £600, a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

AINSLEY MILES SMITH, 38, of Lancut Road, Witney, admitted stealing one bottle of vodka valued at £17 on October 7, two bottles of vodka valued at £58.50 on October 10 and three bottles of vodka valued at £51 on October 22, all from Tesco, Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay compensation totalling £75.50 and court costs of £85.

ABDEL HADI MOHAMMAD ASSAF, 39, of Poulton Place, Oxford, admitted stealing food items from Lidl, Oxford, on November 8 valued at £136.96, five bottles of vodka from Tesco, Oxford, on November 6 valued at £85, four bottles of vodka valued at £64 from Tesco, Oxford, on October 28, four bottles of gin from Tesco, Oxford, on October 21 valued at £92 as well as seven bottles of vodka from Tesco, Oxford, on November 2 valued at £119. He was jailed for a total of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and he must pay compensation totalling £200.

JONATHAN JAMES MARGETTS, 30, of The Old Bank, Banbury, admitted two counts of harassment by breaching a restraining order in Banbury on July 1 and 28. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

ADRIAN VALENTINE FORBES, 50, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order to by failing to attend rehabilitation activity requirement and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined a total of £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

CAITLIN CLARK, 18, of Danes Road, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a train between Bicester Village and Oxford on May 23 without having a valid ticket for the journey. She was fined £290 and must pay a victim surcharge of £4.70, compensation of £30 and court costs of £100.

DANIEL JOZWIK, 25, of Haldane Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on October 12 in Abingdon. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

OSHANE TULLOCH, 29, of Stockleys Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Abingdon Road, Oxford on October 29. Had 43mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £346 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

GARY WICKENS, 37, of Whitley Crescent, Bicester, admitted stealing drink and sweets to a value of £13.84 from Martins Newsagents, Bicester, on December 8 2018 as well as meat valued at £66 from Co Op, Bicester, on January 27, meat valued at £30 from Marks and Spencer, Bicester, on February 8, champagne valued at £215 from Sainsbury’s, Bicester, on February 13, meat valued at £60 from Marks and Spencer, Bicester, on February 16 and meat valued at £53.26 from Sainsbury’s, Bicester, on March 4. He was jailed for 20 weeks suspended for 18 months and made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and programme requirement for 19 days. He must also pay compensation totalling £402.

APRIL HALL, 28, of Sandford Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on April 7. She must pay compensation of £200 and court costs of £85.

ZVJEZDANA MANDIC, 51, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing a purse and contents of approximately £200 in Oxford on November 10. She was fined £269 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

NICUSOR SERBAN, 22, of West Street, Banbury, admitted stealing three perfume gift sets valued at £211 from Debenhams, Banbury, on October 18 as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and he must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

DANIEL SMITH, 23, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and without third party insurance on October 1 in Oxford. He was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months and disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also fined £402 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
