INDERJEET SINGH AUJLA, 46, of Lancaster Close, Bicester admitting breaching a community order made by Leamington Spa Magistrates on October 10 which was given after he was caught carrying cocaine and heroin, class A drugs, as well as cannabis, a class B drug, on May 31 at Bicester as well as carrying crack cocaine, a Class A drug, and cannabis resin, a class B drug, at Banbury Railway Station on April 24. The community order he breached was revoked, and a new community order has been made. He has been made subject to treatment for drug dependency for at least nine-months. LEE HARRY DAVIES, 34, of Barton Village Road, Headington, admitting breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' court on June 27, 2019 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions and not giving a reasonable excuse. He was ordered to continue with the community sentence and has been fined £50. He must also pay court costs of £60.

THOMAS CHERRY, 35, of Hay Pool, Banbury, admitted driving at 98mph on the M40 – a 70mph road on September 9, 2019 at Ardley, between junction 10 and 11. He has been fined £430, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £43 and court costs of £85. His driving licence has also been endorsed with five penalty points.

ALAN WILLIAM FIELD, 46, of Overmead, Abingdon, admitting driving without third party insurance on June 25 at Tesco Car Park on Marcham Road. He was fined £346 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

JUNAID KHAN, 22, of Albert Street, Oxfordshire, was convicted of driving in a public place without third party insurance on September 11 at Longelandes Way, Banbury. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ABABIO JAMES KORANTENG, 36, of Riley Close, Abingdon, was convicted of driving without third party insurance as well as driving without a valid licence on September 7 at Abingdon. He was fined £333 in total and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

VISHAL MOSES LAL, 24, of Willow Brook, Abingdon, was convicted of driving at 96mph on the M40 – a 70mph road on September 7 between junction 8A to 9 in Oxford. He was fined £440 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

STEPHEN PAUL SMITH, 38, of Chandos Close, Banbury, was convicted of driving at 96mph on the M40 – A 70mph road on September 15 between junction 11 and junction 10 in Banbury. He was fined £440 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

ELIZABETH ANNE EILEEN WILLIAMS, 47, of Walnut Close, Witney admitted drink driving on September 13 at Witney. She had 108mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, over the 35mcg legal limit. She was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for alcohol dependency for 10 months. She must also participate in an activity for 14 days. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90, as well as court costs of £85 and has been disqualified from holding or getting a driving licence for 25 months.

RICKY PAUL BYLES, 30, of Kiln Lane, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, with intent to supply on April 29 at his house as well as in Headington. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work as well as participate in an activity with an officer for 25 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

CRAIG LONCAR-MARTIN, 24, of Florence Park Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating a woman and assault by beating of an emergency worker. he was discharged conditionally for 12 months for both charges, and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21 as well as court costs of £85. No compensation was ordered for the assault of a woman because of the nature of their relationship. No compensation was ordered for the beating of an emergency worked because there was no injury, it was accepted that the assault was 'reckless and instinctive'.

JOHN HILLS, 51, of Stroud Close, Banbury admitted driving at 52mph on at 40mph road on March 10 at the A41 in Bicester. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

CHARLOTTE PAULING, 32, of Busby Close, Clanfield, was convicted of stealing two bicycle wheels on July 8 at Oxford Railway Station. She was sent to prison for 12 weeks because she is a 'prolific offender' and had a previous suspended sentence activated for three weeks. She will spend a total of 15 weeks in prison. She must also pay £75 compensation. She was also made subject to Criminal Behaviour Order for three years.

BERNARD EMILIAN BURCA, 33, of Rycote Lane, Thame, admitted assault by beating a woman as well as assault by beating a man on October 17 at The Oxfordshire Golf Club on Rycote Lane. He was fined £400 in total and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. He was also made subject to a restraining order.

MOHAMMED ALI, 41, of Howard Street, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information about the driver of a vehicle when required between July 24 and August 21 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

KATE DALTON, 29, of Five Mile Drive, Oxford, admitted driving at 36mph on a 30mph road on June 18 at Woodstock Road. She was fined £40 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

SUKDEV LAL DAMNEY, 48, of Kelburne Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 85mph on a 50mph road on May 28 at A34 in Wytham. He was fined £415 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £41 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

MUHAMMAD ABDUL HANNAN, 48, of Balfour Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 60mph on a 30mph road on May 28 on the B480 at Chislehampton. He was fined £104 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
