A WOMAN was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital after crash on the A34 near Abingdon involving three cars.
The route was patially blocked northbound until around 8.15am with four-mile queues at the height of delays.
Oxfordshire County Council's traffic twitter account said the collision happened at Shippon just north of the Marcham Interchange.

South Central Ambulance Service has now confrimed it was called to the crash by Thames Valley Police at 7.34am.
Spokesman David Gallagher said: "We sent an ambulance to the scene and fortunately there was only one patient, an approximately 20-year-old female, who had sustained a hand injury that required further treatment at the John Radcliffe Hospital."
Live feeds showed traffic building near Abingdon, with a 25 minute delay and four miles of queues from around 7.45am.
