POLICE recovered a significant amount of suspected Class A drugs from a car in Whitley yesterday (Monday, January 20).

The Neighbourhood Policing Team Reading spotted some suspicious activity before they stopped a car carrying two people, when the drugs were recovered.

The two were arrested yesterday afternoon, and enquiries are ongoing.
