TWO schoolboys were robbed of their bikes by masked men as they walked home from school this afternoon.
The two teenagers were attacked shortly after 3pm on Cromwell Avenue, with one of the pair being dragged to the floor and assaulted.
Their attackers are described as being two white men who were wearing balaclavas and dark clothing.
Police have appealed for information from members of the public in tracking down the ‘distinctive bikes’ – one of which was a black and red 18-inch Cube Aim Race cycle, and the other being a large-framed Giant Talon in bright yellow.
Bikes similar to those stolen by the robbers
