PARENTS and carers are being invited to nominate their favourite family-friendly places in Oxfordshire.

Review website Little Ankle Biters has launched its 2020 awards, and is searching for winners in 10 categories including best pub, best soft play and best party entertainer.

Kate Gregory, founder of Little Ankle Biters and editor for Oxfordshire, said: "The awards will spread the word to local families and reward businesses, charities or community led groups that deserve to be recognised.

"Whether you have a favourite family friendly place to eat or have discovered an exceptional children’s activity class, 2020 could be their year to shine."

Owner Rob Hill said: "It was great to be recognised by all who nominated and voted for us.

"I felt very proud to win the award for all of the hard work put in over the years and we gained a lot of publicity resulting in more enquiries.

"I'd like to encourage Oxfordshire families to nominate their favourite kids places. "Just being nominated will mean so much to the business owner and will encourage them to keep delivering the service you and your kids have come to love."

Nominations are now open until midnight next Friday, and the shortlist will be revealed Monday, February 3, when voting will commence.
