A BROKEN down car is causing a backlog of delays on the M40.
Traffic was at a standstill earlier from junction 9 at Bicester going southbound.
Our traffic feed says a lane was closed from the sliproad through to the roundabout.

But according to traffic reports, all the lanes have reopened at the traffic is easing back to normal.
