FIREFIGHTERS were scrambled to Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital on Monday after the smell of burning in the kitchens set off the fire alarms.
Three engines from Basingstoke fire station dashed to the scene and on arrival, discovered the problem was thankfully nothing more than a bit of burnt food.
