A DIDCOT resident who is spreading hope through her crafty creations has made a quilt to thank the frontline workers in her area.

Trish Chaisty, 50 lives in Great Western Park in Didcot and has made a quilt and displayed it in the front of her house to spread the message of hope and happiness.

The quilt is decorated with images of key workers in Didcot, she has crochet onto the quilt the school, a fire engine, a post box, a pharmacy, and an ambulance.

She said: “I just thought for all these children not in school and for the people who are just a bit down. I wanted to make a project and give them something visual to look at whilst they were out on their daily walk.

“I also wanted it to signify what we are going through at the moment.”
