ROBERT KEITH PRATT, 38, of Mirfield Road, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving at a speed in excess of 70mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 Thame on October 15. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MATTHEW CAOLAN TOWLAND, 42, of Lingfield Rise, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving at a speed in excess of 70mph in a 70mph area on the M40 Aylesbury on October 16. He was fined £655 and must pay a victim surcharge of £65 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MARIA ESTHER MARTINEZ-CANTU, 60, of Harefields, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on June 21. She was fined £275 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court cost of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for two months due to repeat offending.

Adam James MARMONT, 23, of Holloway Road, Witney, admitted failing to stop when required by a constable and driving while disqualified and without third party insurance on February 24 in Witney. Also admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis in Witney on March 6. He was jailed for 24 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 38 months.

COREY ORLANDO FORBES, 30, of Haldane Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance on February 23 in Oxford. He was fined £180 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

KELVIN ANDREW GREEN, 44, of Manor Close, Drayton, admitted racially aggravated use of threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and another count of the same that was not racially aggravated, as well as two counts of obstructing a police officer on March 7 in Drayton. He was fined a total of £750 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85.

MACIEJ KRYSIAK, 39, of Woodlands Road, Witney, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Witney on February 23. He was fined £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

FABIO JOSE PEREIRA CAETANO CHAINHO, 22, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted drink driving on February 23 in Banbury. Had 44mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MEHMET SENKOY, 21, of High Street, Witney, admitted drink driving on February 22 in Witney. Had 68mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £282 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

CLAIRE SUZANNE THEWLIS, 46, of The Gap, Marcham, admitted drink driving on December 27 in Marcham. Had 103mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. She was fined £323 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for three years.

JOSEPH MICHAEL TOOMEY, 32, of RAF Benson, Wallingford, admitted drink driving in Wallingford on February 22. Had 67mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £336 and must pay a victim surcharge of £33 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

JENNIFER MARGARET TAYLOR, 58, of Park Road, Didcot, admitted drink-driving on Wantage Road on January 25. She had 117mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. She was also banned from driving for 28 months which will be reduced if she takes a driving course.

FIZA ALI, 20, of Cricket Road, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on Great Western Railway without having paid a fare of £34.60 and with intent to avoid payment on October 4. She was fined £220, ordered to pay compensation of £34.60, a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £160.

MARIA EGIEVA, 24, of Cranham Street, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on Great Western Railway without having paid a fare of £49.30 and with intent to avoid payment on November 7. She was fined £220, ordered to pay back compensation of £49.30, a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £160.

DEIA MELINDA GEEKIE, 18, of Grove Street, Wantage, admitted travelling on Great Western Railway without having paid a fare of £10.20 with intent to avoid payment on October 4. She was fined £40, ordered to pay back compensation of £10.20 as well as a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £80.

LISA HENDERSON, 33, of Fisher Row, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on Great Western Railway without having paid a fare of £33.70 and with intent to avoid payment on September 19. She was fined £220, ordered to pay back compensation of £15.10, a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £160.

WILLIAM JOHNSTON, 35, of Oxford Road, Old Marson, was convicted of travelling on Great Western Railway without having paid a fare of £15.10 and intent to avoid payment on October 13. They were fined £220, ordered to pay compensation of £33.70, a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £160.

MICHAEL KAKA, 26, of Cowley Road, was convicted of travelling on Great Western Railway without having paid a fare of £25.40 and with intent to avoid paying on October 13. They were fined £220, ordered to pay compensation of £25.40, a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £160.

RYAN KANE, 34, of Sandown Road, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on Great Western Railway without having paid a fare of £4.90 and with intent to avoid paying on December 2. They were fined £220, ordered to pay compensation of £4.90, a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £160.

DAVID LLEWELLYN, 53, of Church Street, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on Great Western Railway without having paid a fare of £4.90 and with intent to avoid payment on December 2.
