ANTHONY PETER MARTIN, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by being drunk and wilfully obstructing traffic and laying down on a road in Wallingford on March 16. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

JORDAN WEBB, 22, of Hogarth Place, Abingdon, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis on February 29 in Abingdon. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90.

DAVID WILLIAMS, 29, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by going within 100 metres of an address in Banbury he was prohibited from on March 14. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

David Anthony John PAINTIN, 39, of Riverside Court, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to attend appointments on November 12 and having no contact since. He was fined £120.

MINEL COSTINEL ALBASTROIU 26, of Clive Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on February 3 in Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

FIAZ ASHRAF, 34, of Harlech Close, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on October 5 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

AISHA BIBI, 20, of Grimsbury Square, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on November 20 in Banbury. She was fined £129 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MANUEL VIVEIROS COITO, 36, of Turner View, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a valid test certificate on November 26 Abingdon. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

IONUT CURSARU, 23, of Metcalfe Close, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in a 30mph zone in Rowstock, Oxfordshire on January 20. He was fined £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ROXANA-IULIANA DESPA, 22, of Burton Close, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance or a driving licence in Marcham on January 16. She was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LAMINE LO, 40, of Hunter Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a driving licence on September 6 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

FRANK READER, 79, of Aston Tirrold, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on September 26 in Abingdon. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ORLA GEORGE, 53, of Thame Road, Chinnor, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between September 10 and October 8 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for six months.

PAUL DAVID TWOMEY, 50, of St Giles, Bletchingdon, admitted drink driving on March 3 in Witney. Had 110mlg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 48 months.

Michael Stuart SUTTON, 35, of Kynaston Road, Didcot, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and assaulting a police officer and causing criminal damage to a police vehicle in Abingdon on February 22. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and unpaid work for 150 hours. He must also pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

Sameer TASIB, 29, of Wilkins Road, Oxford, admitted two counts of assaulting two men in Oxford on June 23. He was fined a total of £225 and must pay compensation totalling £150, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

Craig PRITCHARD, 37, of Floyd’s Row, Oxford, admitted fraud by using a stolen bank card intending to purchase goods from Tesco, Oxford and Sainsbury’s, Oxford on January 16 as well as handling stolen goods and stealing clothing to the value of £12.99 from TK Maxx, Oxford, on January 14. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and unpaid work for 100 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £92.

TONY PATRICK MCFADDEN, 33, of Howard Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on February 10 as well as committing an offence during the operational period of a previously imposed suspended sentence. He was jailed for a total of 22 weeks, made subject to a restraining order and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

HUMZA NADEEM, 28, of Wandle Beck, Didcot, admitted driving above the drug limit for delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol as well as using a vehicle without third party insurance on July 30 on Park Road, Didcot. Had 10mcg per 1 litre of blood, exceeding the prescribed limit. He was fined £282, must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £200 and he was disqualified from driving for a total of 12 months.
