Pancake and ice cream lovers will be able to enjoy Creams sweet treats with the fun, flamboyant and theatrical in-store experience that Creams is known and loved for, alongside new safeguarding and social distancing measures.

Customers can return to stores and expect to see sanitation stations at the entrance, socially distanced seating and hear an ice cream van jingle played in-store as a reminder for team members to wash their hands and clean surfaces regularly.

Guests will be encouraged to order and pay at tables via a digital QR code, before enjoying their meal with single-use and compostable bamboo cutlery, designed to ensure customer and colleague is adhered to without compromising Creams’s sustainability framework.

As a celebration of stores reopening, Creams has launched an exciting new menu, perfect for the UK’s pudding-fanatics.
