DONATED clothing has helped two village schools raise nearly £1,000.
Marcham Pre-school has been spreading the word about recycling clothing during the coronavirus pandemic.
With support from the whole south Oxfordshire village it has raised the cash from donated clothing, shoes, bags and textiles through Bag2school.

The funds will go towards supporting the youngest children in Marcham Primary School, as well as the pre-school, both of which have been open to key workers throughout the Covid-19 outbreak.
Marcham Primary headteacher Vic Hutchinson said: “"We have a great relationship with Marcham Pre-school and are delighted to be able to work well together on a whole range of projects and activities - to our mutual benefit.”
