A MAN has been charged with intent to commit a sexual offence and will appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court today.
A woman was walking along a path in Wallingford when it is alleged Robert Newman, 32, of no fixed abode, pushed her, before then jumping on her.
The woman resisted and the man made off.

The incident took place at about 11am on Monday.
Newman was charged yesterday, after being arrested on Monday.
He was remanded in custody to appear at magistrates' court today.
