OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

LORNA HUDSON, 40, of Horseman Close, Oxford, was made subject to a domestic violence protection order for 28 days and must not molest a person named on the court documents or contact them directly or indirectly. She must also not threaten them with violence, threaten to damage any property belonging to them or behave in a way that would cause fear or violence.

SUSAN WENDY PITSON, 57, of Minchery Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating two police officers in Oxford on June 19. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £80 in compensation.

TOM JOHN LOVERIDGE, 38, of Abbots Wood, Oxford, admitted burglary in a garage and taking hand tools and bike frames on January 29 at Long Lane, Oxford. He was given a prison sentence of 12 months suspended for 12 months because the ‘offence is so serious’ and he is a ‘prolific offender’. He has also been ordered to have treatment for his drug dependency problem under Thames Valley Probation services for six months and must take part in the ‘thinking skills’ programme for 12 weeks. He has also been ordered to pay compensation of £100.

BEHN SHIEK MIAH, 23, of Celsea Place, Cholsey, admitted drug-driving in Wantage on January 12. He had 5.6mcg of cannabis per litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He also admitted driving without a licence and driving in a public place without insurance. He was fined £240, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

CHRISTOPHER RICHARD CHAPMAN, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted theft by finding after stealing diesel fuel belonging to Tarmac Topmix on February 1 in Abingdon. He also admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station on July 20. He was fined £200 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

MICAH CHRYSTAL, 23, of Wadwards Meadow, Witney, admitted stalking without fear between June 4 and 6 at Woodstock. She sent abusive messages and calls threatening to harm a man’s new girlfriend and her son. She was made subject to a community order and must take part in the ‘thinking ahead for women programme’ for 14 days. She has been made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the man directly or indirectly until July 2021. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

MATTHEW PRICE, 19, of Fairfax Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a copper wire, costing £50, from Southern and Scottish Energy on June 17, 2019. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He has also been made to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 in court costs.

ANDREW PETER ROBINSON, 51, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on October 31, 2019 at Fernando’s, Queen Street, by remaining on the premises after being asked to leave on July 20. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

DOMINIC JAMES WOOLOFF, 30, of Pauling Road, Oxford, admitted being in possession of a cocaine, a Class A drug, in Oxford on January 19 as well as driving without due care and attention on Oxford Road the same day and driving without insurance. He was fined £200 in total and ordered to pay court costs of £85. He has also been disqualified from driving for nine months and must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

SAFRAZ ALI, 38, of East Field Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving on June 8 in Marston. Had an unspecified quantity of alcohol above the legal alcohol limit. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £60 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.

RYAN GRAHAM DARREN KILBY, 35, of Cherwell Bank, Lower Heyford, admitted burglary with intent to steal at Sainsbury’s, Kidlington, on April 4. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation of £200.

GRACJAN REDZIMASKI, 25, of Ferriston, Banbury, admitted drink driving on June 6 on Southam Road, Banbury. Had 54mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85. Banned from driving for 15 months.

ROBERT SMIALEK, 39, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a marked police vehicle to the value of £132 in Kidlington on April 9 as well as assaulting a police officer. He was made subject to a community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation totalling £207.

KATIE SMITH, 23, of Highworth Place, Witney, admitted drink driving on June 6 on the A40 Witney. Had 56mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

ANNE VISINTIN, 51, of Manor Farm, Toot Baldon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between February 11 and March 10 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SEBASTIAN WHITE, 28, of Apley Way, Witney, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on February 16 in Witney. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SALLY LYNNE ADDIS, 55, of St Margaret’s Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 96mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 junctions six to seven on March 21. She was fined £436 and must pay a victim surcharge of £43 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

JAMES ALDERTON, 43, of Wetherby Road, Bicester, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on May 26 in Bicester. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

AHMED ALHUSSNI, 21, of Valentia Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 97mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 Great Milton on March 21. Fined £99, £32 victim surcharge £85 costs and five penalty points.

JAMES ALLEN, 27, of Stowood Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on January 30 in Chiselhampton. Fined £115, £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs and three penalty points.
