A CCTV image of a man has been released by police after a hybrid bike was stolen at a Cowley shopping centre.
Between 4.30pm and 5pm on Tuesday, June 16, the victim, a man in his 30s, left his bike locked up on the bike rack outside Templars Square.
The bike, a hybrid women’s bike with black and blue details, was taken from the rack.

Investigating officer PC Lucy Rattenberry, based at Oxford police station, said: “I am releasing this image as I believe that this man may have important information that could help with my investigation.
“If you recognise this man, or think that it might be you, please get in touch.
