A SCHOOL has written to parents to express its concerns about them not socially distancing near the school site.

Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School principal Tara Davies wrote to parents on yesterday, to express concerns ‘about the number of parents and carers now gathering on the public highway outside of our school and through the one-way system at the same time’.

She added that to ease the situation, the school would be implementing staggered collection times at the end of the school day.

Parents and carers were also encouraged to wear a face mask when entering the school site.
