OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

CLAIRE SIDDLE, 35, of Chapel Close, Wantage, admitted speeding in a 50mph zone on the B4494 in Wantage on September 16. She was fined £345, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

RICKY STREET, 31, of Guild Close, Witney, admitted driving without third party insurance on the A4095 in Witney on September 26. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ROBERT SWANDLE, 44, of Dorchester Crescent, Abingdon, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on the A34 on October 16. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ANTHONY MARTIN, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order (CBO) made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on June 22, 2017 on December 29 in Wallingford by laying in the road. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

JOHN MUNDY, 54, of Christchurch Court, Banbury, admitted stealing: toiletries, costing £26.50 from Tesco in Oxford on December 27, 2019; alcohol, costing £60, from the store on December 1, 2019; and alcohol, costing £25.50, from the store on November 27, 2019. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

KELVIN GREEN, 44, of Bullstake Close, Oxford, admitted stealing £63.35 worth of goods from Aldi, Botley Road on November 30 as well as common assault of a police officer and using threatening, abusive and insulting words to Aldi employees on the same day. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his alcohol dependency under the direction of Turning Point for 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

ANTHONY MARTIN, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order (CBO) on December 30 at Wallingford Town Hall by 'wilfully obstructing the traffic' under the influence of alcohol. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

MARK BECKLEY, 52, of Roundham Close, Kidlington, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on May 16 on Bucknell Road, Bicester. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DARIUS CREER, 43, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and without a licence on September 27 on Cuddesdon Way, Oxford. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

ADAM PAYNE, 29, of Moorend Lane, Thame, admitted driving at 50mph in a 30mph zone on Ellesborough Road, Buckinghamshire on August 20. He was fined £276, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

NIKITA BROWN, 23, of Griffith Road, Banbury, admitted causing wasteful employment of the police by knowingly making a false report to show an offence had been committed on July 27. She was ordered to pay compensation of £150 and court costs of £85.

BRIANWALKER, 44, of Grove Street, Wantage, admitted breaching a restraining order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on February 20 by contacting a woman on January 1, 2021 in Wantage without a reasonable excuse. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence made on November 17, 2020. He was sent to prison for 16 weeks because the offence is 'so serious' and he has a 'flagrant disregard for court orders'.

NATHAN MOREBY, also known as Mark Best, 37, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted being in possession of 'two wraps' of cocaine, a class A drug, on November 26 in Banbury as well as 'two wraps' of heroin, a class A drug, on November 26. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

STUART ROBINSON, 27, of Regent Drive, Long Hanborough, admitted drink-driving on Hailey Road, Witney, on November 27. He had 74mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

JAMES TWIST, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a restraining order by attending the address of a victim in Oxford on January 2. He was given a conditional discharge of 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22.

KALLUM HASSAM, 23, of McKeevor Place, Banbury, was convicted of being drunk and disorderly in a public place on Banbury High Street on September 8. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £250.

SAMUEL COOPER, 29, of Valence Crescent, Witney, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on March 18 by failing to attend Thinking Skills Programme via Skype on December 1 and December 3 without an excuse. He was fined £20.

CHRISTOPHER ATKINS, 36, of Van Diemans Road, Thame, admitted drink-driving on the A418 in Tiddington on August 24. He had 196mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months.

CALLUM JARVIS, 21, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted two counts of common assault of an emergency worker, two counts of racially or religiously aggravated common assault of an emergency worker and assault by beating of an emergency worker on December 30 on Asquith Road, Oxford. He was sent to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months and must have electronic monitoring. He must also pay compensation of £400.

TERESA KING, 44, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted stealing £102 worth of alcohol from Tesco in Oxford on September 18, £70 worth of alcohol from Tesco on October 29 and £67 worth of alcohol from Tesco on November 7. She was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for her drug-dependency under the direction of the National Probation Service for 14 months. She must also pay £102 in compensation.

ANDREW BURNS-MACKIE, 27, of Palmer Avenue, Lower Arncott, admitted being in possession of cocaine, a Class A drug, and cannabis, a Class B drug, on March 12, 2019 in Oxford. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.
