AN EXCITING music festival in Oxfordshire is set to go ahead this summer, organisers have confirmed.
Wantage Music Festival is pressing ahead with plans for the popular event on June 19 and 26.
The annual fest offers a platform for musicians and singers of all ages to perform in front of an expert judges and to receive constructive verbal and written feedback.
There are also special prizes for certain classes including opera.
Some of the experts judging this year include pianist James Kirby and Belinda Mikhail, who leads vocal and instrumental classes.

Competitive and non-competitive classes for vocalists and instrumentalists of all ages are included in the festival, as well as classes on piano, strings, brass and woodwind.
Organisers predict that this will be a very busy year for the festival as many others have been cancelled.
They confirmed that all entry fees will be refunded if the Government introduces new Covid-19 restriction at the time.
Closing date for entries is Friday, April 23, and inspiring local musicians are urged to take part.
