A PILOT who has flown twice solo around the world will be embarking on a new adventure with her two donkeys Wizzard and Muffin.
Polly Vacher will be setting off from her home in North Moreton near Didcot with her two donkeys to travel on a journey to St Melangell in North Wales.
Following an unsuccessful eye surgery operation, Ms Vacher was unable to fly but a card from a friend and vicar in North Wales inspired her to do the 'Donkathon'.
The trip will be raising money for Multiple Sclerosis Society after her nephew was diagnosed with MS at just 26.

Wizzard and Muffin will set off on June 25 from North Moreton and travel eight miles a day along country roads for the month-long journey to Wales and stables have been arranged along the way.
Ms Vacher is excited for the trip and said: “It will almost be as challenging as flying over the poles."
She added: "Anybody who wants to join can come along as well.”
