OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

DWAINE JACKSON, 30, of Gibson Close, Abingdon, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath in Abingdon on April 18, 2021. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

DUARTE VIVEIROS, 37, of Ashdown Way, Grove, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. He was given a 12 month community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for three years and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

ADAM ABSOLOM, 24, of Buttercup Square, Oxford, was found guilty of handling £4,675-worth of stolen fencing and fencing supplies belonging to Fergal Contracting Company. He was fined £300 and ordered to pay £132 in costs and surcharge.

ELLIS LAWRENCE, 29, of Warburg Crescent, Oxford, was also found guilty of handling the stolen fencing. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £132 in costs and surcharge.

ALEXANDER SIMMONDS, 24, of Sage Walk, Oxford, was found guilty of handling the stolen fencing. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay £132 in costs and surcharge.

NADINE BASHIR, 28, of Littlehay Road, Oxford, was found guilty of racially aggravated assault and assault by beating. She was fined £600 and ordered to pay £775 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

JUSTIN KENDALL, 42, of Eastfield Road, Witney, was fined £660 and given six points after he was found guilty of driving without insurance on Eastfield Road, Witney, on March 8. He must pay £66 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

STEWART MORTON, 39, of Barton Village Road, Headington, was found guilty of driving without insurance on Wantage Road, East Hanney, on April 1. He was given eight penalty points and must pay £90 costs and an £88 victim surcharge. He was fined a further £220 for driving without a licence.

JORDAN PARKER, 27, of Drayton, near Abingdon, was fined £980 and he was found guilty of driving without a licence, insurance or MOT on Higham Way, Banbury. He was given eight penalty points and ordered to pay £188 in costs and surcharge.

ANTHONY SHAYLER, 58, of Kingfisher Drive, Witney, admitted driving without insurance on Corn Street, Witney, on November 28, 2020. He was fined £120, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

MAX EVANS, 25, of Sutton, near Witney, was found guilty of driving without insurance on Colwell Drive, Witney. He was fined £660, banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

WILLIAM LEE, 42, of Uffington, Faringdon, was fined £660 after he was found guilty of driving without insurance or a licence on Magdalene Street, Oxford, last October. He must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

WYAID MAHMOOD, 35, of Edward Street, Banbury, was found guilty of driving on Cherwell Road and Daventry Road, Banbury, on separate dates without insurance. He was banned from driving for nine months, fined £1320 and ordered to pay £90 costs and a £132 victim surcharge.

ALEX SALVESEN, 35, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, was found guilty of driving on Abingdon Road on February 5, 2021, without insurance or a licence. He was fined £880, given eight penalty points and ordered to pay £178 in costs and surcharge.

SAQAB DOGAR, 31, of Tawney Street, was found guilty in his absence of drug driving a Peugeot 207 in Kidlington. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

JASON TAMPIN, 39, of no fixed address, was fined £100 after he admitted damaging Thames Valley Police property and possession of cannabis. He was found not guilty of burgling a flat in The Broadway, Didcot. The sums were deemed paid by time served on remand.

QASIM HUSSAIN, 35, of Hurst Street, admitted stealing bottles of whiskey from Tesco in Oxford. He was fined £108, ordered to pay £77 compensation and £119 in costs and surcharge.

MICHAEL DOWN, 70, of West Street, Wantage, pleaded guilty to doing 94mph on the A30 in Devon on July 16, 2020. The road has a 70mph limit. He admitted speeding and was banned from driving for 28 days, fined £300 and ordered to do £124 in costs and surcharge.

KRISTIAN MARONEY, 25, of Barns Road, Blackbird Leys, was jailed for 14 weeks after he pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and heroin, stealing an electric scooter and bike helmet from Magdalen College, Oxford, burgling a shed on Weldon Road and failing to comply with post-sentence supervision. He must pay £421 in compensation.

ANDRZEJ DABROWSKI, 74, of Mallards Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to speeding on Launton Road, Bicester. He was fined £66, given three points and must pay £45 costs.

JOSE PHILLIPS, 59, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to using foul and abusive language towards ambulance staff, police officers and members of the public on St Aldates, Oxford, in breach of a criminal behaviour order. He must pay £200 compensation.

LUKE BERRY, 33, of Taylor Close, Faringdon, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by going to a house in Grove. He was fined £450 and ordered to pay £130 in costs and surcharge.

MOHAMMED CHAUDHARY, 35, of Cowley Road, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance on Bayswater Road last December. He was fined £484, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £138 in costs and surcharge.

SOPHIE DEWSBURY, 24, of Bowness Avenue, Didcot, admitted driving on Norreys Road without a licence. She was fined £40, given three penalty points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

RICHARD EWERS, 50, of Whitelands Way, Bicester, was found guilty of driving without insurance on Banbury Road, Bicester, last November. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

NICOLA GARLICK, 34, of Hamble Road, Didcot, admitted driving on Lyndene Road, Didcot, without a licence. She was fined £56, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER GARNER, 51, of Hazel Avenue, Thame, was found guilty of driving in Bell Lane, Thame, without insurance or a licence. He was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

IONUT-CORNEL IONITA, 30, of Edinburgh Drive, Kidlington, admitted driving on Broad Street, Oxford, without insurance or a licence. He was fined £276, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER JAY, 31, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, was found guilty of driving on Grove Street, Wantage, on a bald tyre. He was given three penalty points, fined £440 and ordered to pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

TRACEY JOHNSON, 53, of Launton, Bicester, admitted speeding on the A41. She was fined £232, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
