Late night buses will begin running between Oxford, Faringdon and Swindon.
On Fridays and Saturdays Service S6 will run until the early morning from Sunday April 24.
The last bus from Oxford will now leave at 03:10 instead of 23:10 as it does currently.
With S106 funding agreed with Oxfordshire County Council, further journeys will also be added at peak times on Monday to Friday.
The new service 6, will introduce a brand-new link to Symmetry Park to coincide with Amazon shift patterns.
Rachel Geliamassi, managing director of Stagecoach West, said: “We’re really pleased to be introducing these new late-night journeys between Swindon and Oxford on our popular S6 service, which we’re sure are going to be welcomed by our customers and attract new customers too.”
