The Windrush Inn - Witney

It has been operated by the current owners for the past 20 years and has a cosy atmosphere.

According to the estate agent, the pub produces an annual net sales of over £600,000 excluding VAT with further growth potential. 

It has a lot of space, with room for 100 covers, and a spacious garden.

It also comes with five-bedroom private accommodation.

The Lamb Inn- Wantage

A Grade II listed pub in Wantage, The Lamb Inn, is on the market for a whopping £1,575,000, freehold. 

Based on Mill Street, The Lamb Inn boasts a large pub garden, historical decor, fully equipped commercial kitchen, and a 'well-stocked' bar.  

It claims to be the oldest and the only 17th century thatched property in the town.

The reason given for the sale is that the owners are retiring after 27 years of ownership.

New owners will have the choice to keep the old pub running or there is already pre-planning advice for plans to turn it into a hotel or housing. 

Above the pub itself is three-bedroom accommodation that is also for sale.

The Oxfordshire Yeoman- Witney

A traditional, family-run pub, The Oxfordshire Yeoman, has been put up for leasehold at £50,000. 

The rustic venue also has the option to be bought freehold for those who want to own the building too. 

It is based in a rural area, with beautiful scenery, and has an outdoor courtyard as well as seating space for over 50 customers. 

It also has two bedrooms.

The Blueberry- Didcot

The Blueberry, a village pub on London Road, Blewberry, is up for £650,000 freehold. 

It has a quaint layout, with exposed brick feature walls, and is currently known for serving Pieminster pies and pizza.

The pub has six en-suite rooms, from which an income of around £43,000 per year is estimated. 

The White Lion - Bicester 

The White Lion at Fewcott pub on Fritwell Road in Bicester is currently under offer for £545,000, Freehold. 

It is set over around half an acre of land and has three bedroom owner accommodation that goes with it.

It also has a private garden as well as the pub's beer garden, and a separate one bedroom flat.
